HERE ARE ANSWERS TO SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help with dental anxiety?
Absolutely! Dental anxiety is very common — in fact, nearly 40% of people experience some level of nervousness about visiting the dentist. At Comfort Dental Care, we understand how real those feelings are, and we go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for every step of the way.
Our team is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making your experience as smooth as possible. We take time to explain every step of your treatment so you always know what to expect — no surprises, just support.
To help you feel more at ease, we offer soothing amenities like TVs, warm compresses, and fidgets, all designed to create a calm and welcoming environment.
With our gentle approach, advanced technology, and focus on your comfort, we make it easier to get the care you need — without the stress.
Are check-ins quick?
Yes! We have little to no wait time as we do not double book our patients. We also offer you to fill out any forms necessary on your phone (sent by text message) prior to your appointment, but we do have a kiosk in office to complete them as well.
How often are dental cleanings and exams recommended?
We highly recommend that you visit a dental office every 6 months (unless otherwise directed as in the presence of periodontal/gum disease) for routine cleanings and exams. These routine visits are vital in helping us catch issues as soon as they begin to develop so we can treat the issue (before it becomes costly) and keep your mouth healthy and pain-free. In addition, any time you experience pain or discomfort related to your teeth, gums, jaw, or mouth, we recommend making an appointment as soon as possible.
Dental cleanings are the BEST investment into your oral health. It may seem easy to avoid, but this foundational step can help you keep a lifetime of smiles.
How much does treatment cost?
Dental care is highly personalized — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Treatment costs can also vary office to office based on the type of materials and labs used, as well as the skill and experience of the lab team.
At Comfort Dental Care, we use high-quality materials and trusted labs to ensure every patient receives the best possible care and long-lasting results.
We believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing. To provide an accurate estimate, we first need to perform a comprehensive evaluation of your current oral health.
During your consultation, our doctors and financial coordinator will:
-
Listen to your concerns and answer your questions
-
Review your diagnosis and recommended treatment options
-
Provide a detailed treatment plan with clear costs and available financing options
This personalized approach helps you make the best decision for your smile, your health, and your budget.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes! Whether you’re a current patient of ours or you’ve never been to our office before, you can make a same-day appointment to get reliable, high-quality emergency dental care.
Can I visit your practice even if I don’t have insurance?
Absolutely! We believe everyone deserves high-quality dental care regardless of whether or not they have dental insurance or their financial situation. We welcome both insured and uninsured patients.
We are primarily a “fee-for-service” dental-care provider. This allows us to charge a fair, fixed rate for procedures rather than having to apply extra fees required by third-party insurance companies. Whatever your situation and budget, we’re dedicated to providing you with straightforward estimates and helping you navigate any financial obstacles you may be facing.
